Jesus told a parable about a king with ten servants. He gave them money to manage while he was away. When he returned he asked. “How did it go?” One guy answered “I grew your money ten times over.” Well done” the king replied. Another increased his share five times. “Good job.” The servant said I was scared and hid your money. Here it is. The king called him wicked and had him done away with because he didn’t trust his king. The two increased their work were richly rewarded.
Jesus has given us resources and gifts while he’s away. When he returns, how will we show what we’ve done with what he’s given us?
