If I’d just do them.
If I’d just do what I know to do, I’d be so good.
Bible study and prayer? Oh, I do it. But not enough.
I wish I was more loving. But I can be so selfish.
I’d love to be more honest. But sometimes I just
say what people want to hear.
I can look pretty good. But without God I’m just a stinking clanging cymbal.
Those good things I don’t do? I love ‘em so much!
Wouldn’t it be great to do them?
