He really did! It’s not just a story. Imagine being there!
Out in a boat in a storm, the disciples were afraid. He’d just fed 5000, and they still didn’t get that He was the son of God. Then they watched Him walk… on… WATER. And they still didn’t get it.
Don’t be like the disciples.
For whatever reason, their disbelief came in the form of misunderstanding. Knowing about God is different from knowing God. Believing God is working in other people’s lives is different from believing He would actually come in and help me.
This is more than just unbelief. It’s a willful, hardhearted rejection of Jesus’ ability to help.
Take courage. Trust Him. He’s with you. He’s for you!
He’d walk on water for you!
