Are your kids back in school after the Christmas break? I thought they were all back by now, but my grandkids in Keller don’t go back until next Wednesday! They’ve been out since like Halloween. I’m not sure they ever really even go to school.
Why, when I was a kid, we got a half day on Christmas Day. Then we had to come in early the next day. If it fell on a weekend, we got the whole day. And we were grateful!
It was a long time ago, but I seem to recall my school was a bit of an anomaly in physics, in that it was at the top of a hill before school, and at the bottom of the hill after school.
And it was always snowing.
