We all buy gas and we’d like to get the best price. One store advertises one price out front, but when you get to the pump, it’s 15 cents more. How do they do that? Turns out the fine print says “cash.” Paying at the pump is the credit price. So, if you have a 20 gallon tank, it costs about 3 bucks more to pay at the pump. Their sign gets you in. Then they hope you’ll choose paying more over walking all the way in there. Yep.
