Jesus said it. The inference is we’re all sick at some level and in need of Him.
I recently went home with a sore throat. I call it a cold. Ever notice nobody calls it a cold anymore? We say “allergies” or “a virus” or better yet “Covid”. Sometimes it’s just a cold.
I know there’s a lot of scary stuff going on, but try to be sensitive to people who have symptoms. If somebody’s voice is scratchy, don’t back away with your hands up like you’ve been accosted. Nobody’s going to kiss you.
Jesus said the healthy don’t need a physician, but maybe they could use a prescription for tact, with a side order of thoughtfulness.
Say a prayer for the person. Wash your hands. Trust God for the rest.
