Time Keeps on Tickin’, Tickin’, Tickin’…

Time Keeps on Tickin’, Tickin’, Tickin’…

Time is so fleeting. It’s hard to fit everything in we want to do.

First, as believers in Jesus, It’s imperative we spend time with God. It’s essential for our spiritual growth and our peace of mind.

I clicked on to a devotional podcast. It asked if I wanted to “download the app”. Sure.

“Do you want to download it through Facebook or Google?”

Does it matter? Do I care? Is there a “Whatever” button?

“Enter your password,” Fine. “Sorry, that password doesn’t match our records.” Great.

“Passwords must contain 8 characters, one number, a special character, and poop emoji”. Got it.

“Would you like to create a new password?” Please.

“Would you like your password sent to you?” Yeah. Just do whatever you gotta do.

“Sorry, That email address doesn’t match our records.” Seriously?

Finally, after three email addresses and a thousand questions, my coveted new password was sent to me. I obediently entered it.

“Sorry. There’s an error in the server. Please try again.”

Just shoot me.

I’d now spent 20 minutes trying to listen to a podcast, and my “devotional” time was nearly over.

I spent the next 10 minutes reading the Bible. #NoPasswordRequired
